You can use amino acids and their cofactors to provide you with effective hydroxyl protection.We know how successful glutathione is as a free radical scavenger. Taken together with vitamins A & C, glutathione can protect prostaglandins from free-radical damage. As heavy metals are another common cause of skin damage, the chelating ability of glutathione should make it a part of every Southern Californian’s diet. Wherever you sunbathe, though, whether at Biarritz or Boston, it’s well worth including glutathione in your diet.
