Return Policy


Genesa will accept returns on products for up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping and disposal fee).

Prior to returning any items, a MANDATORY PRE-AUTHORIZATION is required.  To receive a return authorization number, send us an e-mail and include the following information:  name, order number, product(s) being returned, reason(s) for return, telephone number and/or email address.  Send your request to:

Once the return is approved, you will receive an RA#.  This number MUST appear on the outside of the package.  Any shipments returned without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Once the return is received, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.  There will be a 20% disposal fee that will be charged on any returns.  ABSOLUTELY no product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If your return is not insured properly and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.

Customers who have previously returned a bottle for any reason other than defective will need to phone 800-404-1065 to place a new order. Orders placed with any other method will be given a full refund.
