Stress – Part 7

Each of us differs in how much stress we can take before reaching the exhaustion stage. This depends partly on conditioning – to what extent we can become at ease with something that at first is stressful – but also on our level of nutritional support. With optimal levels of supplementation, we can withstand a lot of stress; faced with the same stress, but with inadequate nutrition, we quickly reach exhaustion.

You can use amino acids and their cofactors to strengthen your basic vitality and resistance to stress, so that you stave off the exhaustion stage of GAS. You need more than one or two nutrients; you need a whole family of aminos, vitamins, and other cofactors that enable your body to respond well to stress.
