Stress – Part 3

Severe physical exhaustion, surgery, and starvation diets can cause great stress. However, stress isn’t brought on only by extreme physical conditions. Emotions we all experience – anger, fear, frustration, excitement – are stressors. So are allergic reactions to food or the environment, infections, degenerative and chronic debilitative conditions, and even insomnia. All of these stressors are so much a part of our daily lives that we take them for granted.

Understanding the stress response and the biochemical changes it affects is important. It will show yo how to improve your ability to cope with stress by providing your body with the nutritional support it needs. This in turn can improve health, balance emotions, and prevent premature aging and degeneration.
