A Personal Experience

I’ve always suffered from high anxiety and panic attacks ever since I was a kid. I have been diagnosed with a panic disorder and agoraphobia on top of being bipolar while suffering from disassociation. All of these things I never thought I would find any sort of relief and would have to either go on pharmaceutical medication or just ‘live with it’ as many doctors and therapists told me. I have been in therapy since I was 10 years old and found little to no relief with all the techniques for combating anxiety. After years of listening to people who had studied anxiety and panic attacks, but had no idea what it was actually like my mom found this Total Amino Solution and I was hesitant at first because part of me felt like it was too good to be true. After years of trying to find something that helped, this was the thing. My first day taking it, I started with six a day. Within 20 minutes I felt my mind calming down, and my physical symptoms of anxiety started subsiding. I had to move up to 12 a day, but since I’ve started in the summer of 2014 I have been getting better. I’ve started leaving the house again, I’m having less panic attacks, and my disassociation isn’t causing nearly as many problems. I recommend this to a lot of people I know who suffer from high anxiety, and no one has told me anything negative about it. From my own personal experience, it’s nice to have some control over my life again.

Supplementing Your Diet with Amino Acids

When we encounter disease, nutritional problems, or environmental toxins, amino acids can become very important.

There are an estimated 100,000+ proteins found in the human body.  Structural proteins build and renew every cell, organ, and system in the body.  Functional proteins, including enzymes, carry out the metabolic functions of life itself.  They are all made from combinations of essential and nonessential amino acids.

Supplementing a diet with amino acids, combined with healthy eating and adequate water intake, provides the nutritional support needed to maintain metabolic balance, build muscle, and repair damaged cells.  Additionally, they improve and stabilize mood, support and protect nerve function, balance your immune system, aid in chronic fatigue, keep your heart healthy and more.  Unlike amino acids derived from food sources, free form, pharmaceutical-grade amino acids require no digestion.  Absorption is rapid and complete.

The value of using a complete amino acid supplement ensures all of the amino acids are available when they are needed.  When you experience emotional or physical stress, including injury, inflammation or infection, your body requires an increased supply of amino acids for support, defense and repair.  Having these nutrients readily available in a form requiring no digestion for assimilation provides broad-based amino acid nutrients to prevent or improve conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, hypoglycemia, depression, and more.
